A two-day course focusing on the key principles of wavelength dispersive XRF and their practical application. Intended for existing and prospective WD-XRF users who wish to advance their understanding of the technique.
By popular demand, we have the pleasure of announcing our 2022 XRF series of courses also including XRF sample preparation. The courses have been adapted to accommodate users of any kind of XRF Spectrometer.
The program is as follows:

In conjunction with Fluxana, a one day course focusing entirely on sample preparation for XRF. Including sample prep theory and lab-based practical demonstrations of liquid, pressed pellet and fused bead preparation.

A two day course focusing of the key principles of energy dispersive XRF and their practical application. Intended for existing and prospective EDXRF users who wish to advance their understanding of the technique.
Cost £520 + VAT
If you have purchased an XRF spectrometer from SciMed within 12 months of the course, you are entitled to one free space.
Each course will take place in our training facility in Stockport, near Manchester. These will also be accessible, live remotely.
